Securities Register PPSR Add-On; NZ Databases; PPSR Debtor Advice was not printing all debtors on the Verification details.

This was not printing all debtors on the Verification details. If there was an Account that held Clients as joint clients then only one client was printing as a debtor on the Verification details.
This document would error if the Client was a Company.

To recreate:
1. Add an account with joint clients and link to a Security Statement.
2. Register the Security Stmt with the PPSR.
3. View the Financing Statement.
Two debtors are registered on the Financing Statement.
4. Print the PPSR Debtor advice.
Only one debtor is printed in the Verification details. Both debtors should be printed.

5. Add a company client and a sole trader client.
6. Amend the registration.
7. Print another PPSR Debtor advice. (not working for a Company)


Verifications will be printed for all Debtors listed on the Financing Statement. Not 1 copy to joint clients.

Removed the option 'Include the Verification Statement' as it should always be included. (as per the PPSR Act)

The Status on the verification statement was printing the Debtor status, it is now printing the registration status

Logs will be created for the Security Statement only, not the linked Account(s) and Client(s).

Registration dates on the Security Statement are now held on the database as 'DateTime' not just 'Date', so both the date and time will be printed on the Verification details.
