Dragging a form heading to create an Application Shortcut now caters for pages containing extra details with caption.

E.g., the Clients form, Logs page may have a caption of "Logs [3+2]".

The details in squared brackets varies therefore, creating an application shortcut to show a page named "Logs [3+2]" would not always work. A wildcard character is now used to ensure that the Logs page will always be displayed, i.e., a page of "Logs*" is used in the Application shortcut.
