Reporting; Security Statement reports; Created Date filters not working as expected

The Created Date filters on Security Statement reports and queries was not working as expected. Instead of filtering on the 'Created' date as shown on the General page of the Security Statements form, it filtered on the date the actual record was created as displayed on the Audit page.
