Task Manager form; Folder can now be exported and imported

Right-clicking a folder in the Task Manager now allows the selected folder and all sub-folders to be exported to a file.

Right-clicking a folder then allows exported folders to be imported as sub-folders of the clicked folder or, if the User node is clicked, the folders will be imported into the root of the explorer tree.
