Account Type Status Change Rules; Creating Workflow does not respect 'Allow Multiple' setting
When creating a Workflow from an Account Type Status Change Rule, e.g., when an Account's status changes to 'Open', and a Workflow is created, the 'Allow Multiple' setting on the Workflow Type is not respected, i.e., a Workflow will never be created if the Account already has a non-closed Workflow of that type or category.
