Task Manager form; Refresh button disabled if no items in the folder

The Refresh button below the Workflows and Tasks grids was disabled if there were no items in the folder. This was by design since the Refresh button simply refreshed the details of the active or selected rows.

The behavior has been changed so that the Refresh button is never disabled and clicking it refreshed the entire collection (Tasks or Workflows) and refreshes the folder. This way, any new Workflows or Tasks are included in the view without having to press F5 or click the Refresh button below the explorer tree to refresh the entire form.
