Scripts; setting Timeout to a value greater than 32767 fails to save with 'Overflow Error'

Setting the timeout for Scripts to a value greater than 32767 fails to save with an "Overflow Error" since the database uses an Integer column to store this value.

The business layer and user interface now restrict timeout to 32767 sections and the following forms and objects have been updated:
