Reports; a number of Sales and Purchases reports not applying userdefined grouping correctly.
A number of reports did not apply userdefined groupings 10 and above correctly.
Grouping above 10 applied the grouping to the selection less 10, so 11 applied user defined field 1, 12 applied 2 etc.
Grouping by user defined field 10 would result in an error message, '5000 - No value given for one or more required parameters'.
