Evaluation Licence; changed Maximum Number of Open Accounts limit
An Evaluation Licence was only allowing 10 "Open" Accounts to exist. This restriction has been relaxed, and depends on the Add-Ons licensed for.
Note, in addition the "About" and "Debug" forms no longer shows the "Maximum 'Open' Accounts" when an Evaluation licence.
