Direct Debits; Fee transaction now correctly sets Transaction Reference and Notes

The Fee transaction created for a Direct Debit was hard-coded to set the Reference to blank and Notes to "Fee".

finPOWER Connect now sets the Fee Transaction Reference and Notes to that defined for the Fee element, ie the Transaction defaults.
