Disbursements; when creating an Account Transaction its Notes can now be set to the Disbursement's Notes
When creating an Account Transaction from a Disbursement the Transaction's Notes can now, optionally, be set to the Disbursement's Notes.
This is triggered if the Disbursement Element's Transaction Notes default value is "[DisbursementNotes]". Note, this is defined under Admin, Elements.
