Credit Enquiry; minor changes to User Interface

Credit Enquiry; minor changes to the User Interface have been made as follows:

1. The tooltip for "Select the Credit Bureau Product to use" is confusing and has been removed.

2. Selecting a non-individual Client, with Person Acting information, was not switching the product to a Company product - this now occurs.
