User Options; new option to not load the last saved Printer for Reports

Typically, if the Tools, Layout load and save options are checked, emPOWER will reload the last used Printer for a Report.

This means the next time you print a Report it will default to the same printer you last printed on.

You can override this by holding down the "shift" key when opening the Report, however this resets all Printer settings.

However, there is a new User option to NOT use the last saved Printer, but instead to use the default printer for the computer. This option is found under Tools, User Options, Miscellaneous tab "Load Report's last saved Printer (unchecked will use the default printer)?".
