Account Calculations; Additional "blank" overriding payments may not be included in Schedule

Under certain scenarios "Additional" overriding payments that are "blank" may not be included in the Schedule, or may be for a value other than the Regular Payment.

Note, a blank additional payment should be the same value as the Regular Payment

This occurs if there is an overridden payment during the same payment cycle that changes the value of the regular payment. If this is the case the Additional Payment will use this overridden regular payment rather than the standard regular payment.
