Accounts; Overriding Payments do not save "Additional" payments where the value is left blank

When entering a new Account, overriding payments may be entered. A "blank" value indicates to use the regular payment amount. This can be used on both Regular and Additional overriding payments

There was an issue whereby if an "Additional" payment is entered and the value left blank, to use the Regular Payment value, the payment will show in the opening calculation, but it is never saved. This meant the current schedule did not include the additional payment and therefore extra regular payments are added at the end of the Loan and the final payment date is extended beyond the expected maturity date.
