Transaction/ Bank Entry; new option to filter so only showing rows with errors

The Transaction Entry and Bank Entry wizards have a new option to filter rows to only show rows with errors. The filter errors button is located on the button strip below the grid.

Note, in addition Imported Bank batches now do not allow rows to be moved up and down.
