ISAddressDetails business layer object not setting 'IsDirty' flag correctly and not saving Postcode property to XML

Although the ISAddressDetails business layer object had an IsDirty property, this was not being maintained correctly.

Also, persisting this object to and from XML did not save the Postcode.
