Import Information; better message if Client Contact Method not found

When importing Clients, if the Client Contact Method is not valid a message similar to "Contact Method not specified on line 1." will be displayed.

This is misleading as the Contact Method was specified, but it was invalid. A better message now appears alerting the user to the value specified.
