Account Standard Transactions; Fees now support a cycle of "Opening" when Account is a Quote

Account Standard Transactions now support a cycle of "Opening" for Fee type elements. Previously these had to be entered with a Cycle of "Once" and a date of "Opening".

Note, this only applies when the Account is a Quote.

Both the standard NZ CCCFA Credit Contract and Disclosure Statements (Fixed Term and Revolving Credit Loan), ie Loan_Contract_NZCCCFA.dot and Loan_Contract_NZCCCFA_RC.dot, have been amended to exclude Standard Transactions in the list of Fees if the cycle is "Opening".
