Securites Register Add-On; NZ PPSR Register message needs changing if previous successful transactions have a failed reason.
Registering a Financing Statement with the PPSR NZ.
When sending through a registration, if the company number and the company name don't match on the Companies Register, the registration is unsuccessful.
When you try to re send the registration the message displayed 'Financing Statement appears to already be registered. You may check the G2B Transaction log to verify previous Registration information' is incorrect.
If there are errors in the last transaction then the message will now say 'This Financing Statement has Errors from previous Registration transactions. You may check the G2B Transaction log to verify previous Registration information'
