Clients; Organisations now allow basic person acting details to be entered. New Client class of "Sole trader" added
Organisation Clients now allow basic Person Acting details to be entered, without having to use Advanced Clients Add-On and enter Personnel. This makes it easier for NZ PPSR users to enter optional person acting information.
New information stored includes Title/ First/ Middle/ Last Names, Gender and Job Title. Note, Organisation personnel no longer require "Person Acting" flag, so this has been removed.
A new Sole Trader Client class has been added. This allows an individual who is trading as a Sole Trader to be better supported. A Sole Trader records organisation details such as Trading Name, and Industry Class, but at the same time record First/ Middle/ Last Name as well as Gender, Date of Birth and Occupation.
Sole Traders do not include a Personnel page.
Note, if the client is a Sole Trader then the person's given and last names and date of birth are required when registering collateral on the Australian PPSR.
