Accounts; Transaction Allocation adjustment wizard updated

The Account Transaction Allocation Adjustment wizard has been updated.

Previously only Payment transactions would allow the Principal/ Interest/ Fee allocation to be amended. Now most transactions can be manually re-allocated. Exceptions include transactions allocated by the system and Interest transactions.

Note, the Interest allocation cannot be allocated, except for Payment transactions.
