Auditing; Audit entries purged when a record is deleted and a 'Deleted' audit entry is created

When a record, e.g., a Client is deleted, the corresponding audit records in the ISAudit table are now deleted.

In addition to this, a 'Deleted' audit is written with a Source Id of the record type, e.g., 'Client' and a Key of the Record Id, e.g., 'C10000'.

The following types of record now support this:
Account
Account Type
Branch
Client
External Party
Security Statement
Workflow
