Security Register Add-On; Security Statements, Security Items page; Delete Selected Rows to use CanDelete function

When enabling the 'Delete Selected Rows' button on the Security Items grid, a new CanDelete function in the business layer will be checked.

If only one row is selected the Delete button will be enabled if the row can be deleted.
If more than one row is selected then the Delete button will be enabled.
