Account Types; new option to show 'Instalments Drilldown' in Web Interface

A new Account Type option has been added to the New Accounts page to indicate whether an the 'Instalments Drilldown' should be shown in the Web Interface.

This option only appears if licensed for the Web Interface Add-On and has been added for future use since the Web Interface does not currently allow the Instalments Drilldown.

The reason that the Web Interface has its own option is that generating the items to appear in the Instalments Drilldown is intensive and may become a performance issue on the Web Interface.
