Workflows; Decision Card type Workflow Items can now have outcomes based upon the Decision Card's Outcome Code

Decision Card type Workflow Items must define three outcomes: Pass, Fail and Refer.

In addition to these, the Decision Card's Outcome Code (usually set by exit rules) can be taken into account, e.g.,

Fail.NoCreditEnquiry
Pass.NoDefaults

Any Workflow Item outcome with a dot after the Pass, Fail or Refer will be used if the portion of the outcome after the dot matches the Decision Card's Outcome Code.
