Workflows; Item Groups can now have automatic outcomes that process without User intervention

Item Group type Workflow Items can now have the following special outcomes:
[All Success]
[Any Success]
[All Fail]
[Any Fail]

When the Item Group is reached, i.e., all other items in the group are actioned or set to not applicable, the Item Group will attempt auto-action if any of the above outcomes exist.

These special outcomes are available from the Workflow Item Outcome drilldown form.
