Workflows; A Document can now be specifed to link to Logs

When adding an Ad-Hoc Log to the selected Workflow(s) in the Task Manager, a Document File Name can now be specified to link to the Log. This is only allowed if a single Workflow is selected in the grid.

A Document File Name can also be specified when actioning a Workflow Item if the Workflow Item is configured to prompt to allow the User to enter notes. If a Document File Name is specified, a Log will be created an linked to the corresponding Workflow Item. The Log notes will also be set to the action notes entered against the Workflow Item.
