Accounting Ledgers; amending only the Value field does not save changes

If only the Value field is amended on an Accounting Ledger it is not saved.

Changing the Value property does not set the item's dirty flag to True, and therefore finPOWER Connect thinks you have not changed the Accounting Ledger.
