Workflows; Workflow Type and Users now have a 'Weighting' property which can be used by Scripts

Workflow Types now have a 'Weighting' property which can be used by Scripts, e.g., Allocation Scripts. This new property can be set on the 'Options' page of the Workflow Types form.

Users also have a 'WorkflowWeighting' property which can be used by Scripts. This can be set on the 'Workflows' page of the 'Users and Responsibilities' form. The WorkflowWeighting is also available on the Users collection of the Workflow Types global collection.
