Workflows; Workflow Summary page Script updated to simplify action hyperlinks

The Workflow Summary page Script has been updated to simplify action hyperlinks. The following changes have been made:
1. Checklist Items are now represented by a Tick icon.
2. Questions with a single outcome of either 'Yes' or 'True' are now represented by a Tick icon.
3. Questions with two outcomes which are 'Yes', 'No' or 'True', 'False' are now represented by Tick and Cross icons.
4. Actioning other items is now performed by an orange arrow icon rather than a text link. The tooltip for the icon describes what the action will perform, e.g. Send a Document.
