Workflows; Closing and opening a new Workflow from an item now records corresponding Workflow

Closing or Cancelling a Workflow and opening a new one as a result of actioning a Workflow Item with an outcome action of either 'Cancel Workflow and Start New Workflow' or 'Close Workflow and Start New Workflow' records the ClosedToWorkflowPk and OpenedFromWorkflowPk in the database. These properties are available from the business layer.

Starting a new Workflow as the result of actioning a Workflow Item will also record the OpenedFromWorkflowPk.

The 'Opened From' and 'Closed To' Workflows are displayed in the Summary section of the built-in Workflow Summary Page Script used by the Task Manager and on the Workflows form.
