Workflows; new Item outcome action 'Complete Item Group with Outcome' added

Decision Card, Question and Test Workflow Item Types can now have a new outcome action of 'Complete Item Group with Outcome'.

This will complete the current Workflow Item, skip all remaining Workflow Items in the current Item Group and then action the Item Group with the specified Outcome.
