Workflows; Starting a new Workflow from an existing one may generate the incorrect Notes

Starting one Workflow from another as a result of a Workflow Item's Outcome Action, may generate the incorrect notes on the new Workflow, e.g.

Created automatically as a result of closing Workflow 'L10009'

Even if Workflow L10009 was not actually being closed.
