Report Templates; New 'Use default Parameters' option added

A new 'Use default Parameters' option has been added to the Report Templates form, Parameters page.

Checking this (the default) means that parameters defined on the underlying Report or Query will be used. Unchecking it allows Parameters to be defined on the grid below the checkbox.

This new option means that it is now possible to create Report Templates with no Parameters which was previously not possible since if the Parameters grid did not contain any entries then the default Parameters defined on the Report or Query would be used instead.
