New Client wizard; Contact Methods grid now allows entry of the Sub-Type

The New Client wizard, Contact Methods grid now allows entry of the Sub-Type. Previously you needed to drilldown to Contact Method form to enter this information.

In addition, if you only enter a Sub-Type and left Details and Notes blank the Contact Method was removed - as finPOWER Connect assumed no information existed.
