Revolving Credit Loans; editing a Quote Revolving Credit Loan may error when calculating

If a Revolving Credit Loan is saved as a Quote, when editing then Quote and clicking Calculate the following error may be reported:

Cannot calculate Account Payment value. Invalid Minimum Payment Hold To Period ''

The issue is when reloading the "Quote" Account, if the Hold To period was saved as "None" it is loaded as blank - which means a calculation cannot be run.

If the Account Type has the "Allow entry of Minimum Payment 'Hold To' date?" option unchecked the Hold To Period can't be altered. You may need to temporarily check this option to reset this value before editing the "Quote".
