When a Financing Statement was amended via the PPSR G2B NZ interface, the Hashkey kept on the SecurityStmt table was cleared therefore the Security Stmt would appear on the PPSR Bulk update wizard, Update Items page, but with a message saying no changes are required.

The Hashkey is now updated when the Financing Statement is amended, therefore the Security Stmt will not appear in the PPSR Bulk Update wizard unless the Financing Statement requires amending.
