Loan Contract document; Subsequent Advances block now supported

The "Fixed Term" Loan Contract document, Loan_Contract_NZCCCFA.dot, now supports the Subsequent Advances block.

Previously this always printed "There are no subsequent advances.".

Now, if the Loan includes advances that are not "Opening" - based the Subsequent Advances block will detail them.
