Securities Register Add-On; Security Stmt form, PPSR page(NZ); Debtor status now displays Not Applicable

Not Applicable has been added to the Debtor Status options.

NZ Databases: Previously you could leave this field blank and it would take the value of Not Applicable so the value behind the scenes stays the same, but the words 'Not Applicable' will be displayed in the dropdown instead of a blank string.
