Loan Contract document; Total Advances did not include the value Refinanced
In the Loan Contract document, Loan_Contract_NZCCCFA.dot, the Total Advances box should include the Refinanced value in the total.
See "Advance" definition in CCCF Act 2003. This notes under the meaning of Advance "(b) A pre-existing monetary obligation of the debtor that is paid, discharged, or consolidated by the creditor".
