Account Quotation Documents various issues fixed

Account Quotation documents, ie Account_Quotation.dot and Account_Quotation_Multi.dot, had various issues that have been corrected.

1. Summary table; items were randomly missing.
2. On Multi version, removed Balance Payable check as not working correctly.
3. On Multi version, how Amount Financed and Balance Payable calculated has changed to use better Business Layer functions.
