Refinance; if applying a cash deposit may fail with "Net Advance cannot be negative"

When editing the "To" Account of a Refinance, if you enter a Deposit type element it may fail to calculate with the message "Cannot calculate Account Payment value. Net Advance cannot be negative.".

This occurs because the Refinance amount wasn't included in the "Net Advance" value, only other Advance, Deposit and Cost values were.
