Security Register Add-On; Serial Numbered Goods; a new sub-model field has been added to the form

A new Sub Model field added has been added to the Serial Numbered Goods security item
This acts like the Make/ Model/ Sub Model on Motor Vehicles.
The information list is entered on the Security Type and can be a pipe delimited 3 sectioned information list ie; Fisher & PaykelFridge|M2.2

The new field has been added to the database so the database upgrade moves the sub-model field for motor vehicles from the properties field to its own field on the database.
