NZ PPSR G2B; if not licensed for Advanced Clients cannot set Person Acting Name under Global Settings

The NZ PPSR G2B Interface allows you to define, under Global Settings, Securities, PPSR G2B page, a job title to send instead of a Name is there is no Person Acting for an Organisation defined.

However, if you are not licensed for Advanced Clients this option is unchecked and disabled, and therefore the First and Last Names cannot be entered. This option should be read-only and always checked.
