Account Balance Adjustment; transaction created never shows up under Account Transaction page

Account Balance Adjustments (for Principal, Interest or Fees) creates a nil value Transaction and adjustments to the component parts.

However, this never appears under the Accounts form, Transactions page, even if the Principal etc columns are included.
