Standard Transactions; Frequency of "Once", first date "At Maturity" not working

When entering a Standard Transaction in the New Account wizard, a Frequency of "Once" and first date "At Maturity" is not working.

Note, "At Maturity" was also available for Revolving Credit Loans, but should not have been applicable.
