Account Payment Arrangement; Holding Overdues should clear Direct Debits awaiting processing

If an Account Payment Arrangement is made, and Overdues are held, and the Account is paid by Direct Debit and has a Direct Debit awaiting processing, the Direct Debit value remains and is processed, but is not taken into account in the schedule when calculating Payment amounts.

A change has been made so that, regardless of whether or not Overdues are held, Direct Debits awaiting processing are cleared. The Arrangement should, therefore, account for the fact that all existing Direct Debits awaiting processing will be cancelled.
