New Application Shortcut type 'MapShow' added

A new type of Application Shortcut 'MapShow' to display a map has been added. This can be used on Summary Pages etc.

Parameters for this Application Shortcut are:
Address - The comma-separated address to display
Source - If Address is not specified, the source of the address, e.g., Account or Client
SourceType - Either Postal or Physical to use the current Postal or Physical Address
SourceItemPk - If specified, the primary key of the Client Contact Address record to display

If the Source is 'Account' then the Account's main Client is used.

Example application shortcut URLs formatted for use in the href attribute of anchor tags in summary pages:
app://MapShow?Source=Client&SourceId=PAUL&SourceType=Physical
app://MapShow?Source=Account&SourceId=L10000&SourceType=Postal

Example application shortcut formatted for a Task Pane item:
MapShow?Source=Client&SourceId=PAUL&SourceType=Physical
