New tag types added for SMS and Email documents

The following tags can now be included in SMS and Email documents:

[Account.Balance]
The Account's balance as at when the Log was created.

[Account.Overdue]
The Account's overdue value as at when the Log was created.

[Branch.Phone]
The Branch's Phone Number.

This also applies to ad-hoc SMS and Email messages and to those created via Account Rules and Workflow Items.

When sending SMS and Email messages, Account Balance and Overdue details are now stored on the Log.

Note that the Account Balance and Overdue are based upon the Log date therefore when creating an ad-hoc Email or SMS, the Balance and Overdue will change as the Log Date is changed.
